In TBL, under the theme "Textiles," students of Grade 3 learned about different types of traditional outfits of India's states. They also observed different patterns and designs on clothes (such as tie and dye printing, batik printing) and learned about different regional embroideries. To enhance their comprehension skills even further, the students also participated in an activity where they got dressed in different regional costumes. Their outfits showcased many types of embroideries and designs of the states they were representing. The students also shared useful and interesting facts about their respective states. The entire session turned out to be a truly wonderful country tour, with all states being represented under one roof. Everyone felt enthralled and delighted to witness this fun-filled, knowledge-sharing activity.
