‘I Hear, I Forget. I See, I Remember. I Do, I Understand.’ These lines truly explain the importance of science and also the idea that is followed by us at Presidium. Science is a way of helping the brain grow in finding new facts and help us defeat our curiosity of how the world develops and works today. To explore and celebrate ‘The Power of Science’ - Science Week was organized for students of grades 4-7. Brainstorming sessions through Quiz and challenging the understanding of the natural world was one of the highlights. The level of enthusiasm was seen while working with experiments by the presentation of some working and non working models like Rain water harvesting, Types of simple machines, Windmill, Active Volcanoes, Solar panels, Air-- Showing different properties, Vacuum cleaners, Hydraulic pump, Human body, pollution. The event opened young minds to wonderful milestones of science and also helped students understand the importance and relevance of science for the future.
